Ordered master cylinder and wheel cylinders on the 25th, both were picked up the 27th, coming from the same warehouse (why were they boxed separately?), the wheel cylinders got here Thursday, master cylinder was SUPPOSED to be here Friday, then Saturday, then today, now tomorrow. Why did it go the opposite direction it was supposed to go? Thanks guys.

Awesome. I’ll just keep driving a convertible with no heat or windshield defrost in November in Ohio. On the plus side, I found out the rear window defroster does work this morning.

And don’t forget with Fed Ex you have at least two days where they’ll put one of those “sorry you weren’t here” stickers on your door without even trying to make a delivery.

I don’t usually get those here, but sometimes they leave boxes outside the door to the building. I live on the third floor so like... I get it. But still. I didn’t want to put it through USPS right now with mail in ballots being out so I had to go FedEx.

Annoying part is FedEx trucks roll through my complex 3-4 times a day.

Several years ago I had ordered parts from a foreign parts supplier on the opposite coast. The order was sent FedEx and scheduled for delivery on Christmas Eve. Everyone at the shop left mid-afternoon, except me. The shop’s normally closes at 5:00 pm, I waited until 5:30 pm and the delivery never came. I did not get the delivery any day the following week either, although the website claimed a delivery was attempted each day, after normal business hours.......

T he following week, Monday morning, I got on the phone and spoke directly with the manager of the FedEx facility my packages are delivered from. I was informed one of my packages was out for delivery, and the other was still at the facility. I was livid! I took off for lunch a bit early, while I was out, the FedEx facili ty mana ger hand delivered my package that was not out for delivery. He told a co- worker that he was glad I was not there, because I sounded very upset. Later that day, the other package arrived. I told the driver that if he is not able to deliver during regular shop hours, then they need to put my packages on another truck. I never had a delivery issue after that day.
